合肥：购买新建商品住房的购房人 给予总房价1%的购房补贴

5月15日讯，合肥市发布关于进一步调整优化房地产政策措施的通知，2024年5月15日（含15日）起至2025年5月14日，凡在我市新购买新建商品住房的购房人，给予总房价1%的购房补贴。市区商品住房项目不再执行公证摇号公开销售，由企业自主销售。全面取消楼层差价限制，优化价格调整机制。搭建房源超市，支持房票跨区域流通。开发房票系统，规范房票核发、使用、兑付。
