Od3 月 12 日，Nexo 发起“Bitcoin Deserves an Emoji”倡议活动，BTC Inc、Bitget、Brink、Chainalysis、Hacken、Nansen 等超 20 个加密机构加入该倡议。该倡议联合全球加密货币社区，希望在数字键盘上增加一个比特币表情符号（Emoji），并强调在当今社会，加密货币不仅是货币，同时也是技术和文化的象征。
这项倡议由社区推动，首先是在 Change.org 上发起为期 50 天的请愿，此后又在 2024 年向 Unicode Consortium 提交了正式提案，增加比特币表情符号的倡议曾在 2020 年遭到否决。
