Dora Vota launches second round of incentive testnet node applications

On May 15th, the on-chain governance infrastructure Dora Vota has opened the second round of incentive testnet node applications. The chain-id of this round of incentive testnet is vota-sf (Scottish fold-ear cat), and node registration will end on May 24th. According to the Dora Factory X account, this incentive testnet will further expand the Dora Vota node collection and gradually require nodes to provide decentralized governance applications and basic services.
