5月14日讯，探客查、励销云两家平台大规模出售企业家个人信息，包括多位百亿富豪。对于数据来源，两平台销售人员称与三大运营商有合作。中国电信回复记者：“经核查，未发现中国电信与探客查、励销云有数据合作。中国电信严格遵守法律法规，建立制度体系，完善数据安全管理机制。持续更新完善安全评估检测标准，及时开展数据安全风险评估，有效消除风险隐患。成立专项运营团队，针对客户个人信息权利保障方面的投诉举报，建立健全机制流程，及时响应处理个人信息管理问题，确保用户个人信息得到合法、合规处理，防止信息泄露、滥用等风险，有效保护用户合法权益。”
