Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart commented that it appears that the likelihood of the SEC rejecting the Ethereum spot ETF with "ETH is a security" has risen. There is no guarantee that they will do so, but he believes it is almost a guarantee that the SEC is at least considering doing so.
