美国商品期货交易委员会(CFTC)宣布，已对加密货币经纪公司 Falcon Labs 提出指控并达成和解，Falcon 将支付约 180 万美元的非法所得和罚款。
据悉，在 5 月 13 日的通知中，美 CFTC 表示 FalconX 旗下的 Falcon Labs 未能注册为期货佣金商，和解协议要求 FalconX 停止向美国居民提供服务，并支付约 120 万美元的非法所得和 60 万美元的民事罚款。
