Deutsche Bank Joins MAS Asset Tokenization Project Guardian

On May 14, Deutsche Bank announced that it has joined Project Guardian, the asset tokenization project of the Monetary Authority of Singapore, which focuses on the tokenization of assets in wholesale financing markets and decentralized finance (DeFi) applications. As part of the collaboration, Deutsche Bank will test an open architecture and interoperable blockchain platform to serve tokenization and digital funds. The bank will also propose protocol standards.
