5月14日消息，Tether Operations Limited宣布与RAK Digital Assets Oasis(RAK DAO)签署谅解备忘录(MoU)，帮助促进比特币技术和稳定币在哈伊马角地区开展比特币和稳定币教育计划，最近推出的教育部门Tether Edu，Tether将为不同技能水平的个人制定计划，涵盖比特币、区块链、点对点技术、稳定币采用和加密货币的实际用例等前沿领域。
