国联证券：公司A股股票将5月15日开市起复牌

5月14日讯，国联证券发布公告，拟通过发行A股股份的方式向国联集团、沣泉峪等46名交易对方购买其合计持有的民生证券100%股份，并募集配套资金，股票复牌；截至本预案摘要签署日，标的公司的审计、评估工作尚未完成，标的资产评估结果及交易作价尚未确定。经向上海证券交易所申请，公司A股股票（将于2024年5月15日（星期三）开市起复牌。
