Agile Group: The relevant interest on the 2020 Notes has not been paid, and the grace period expired yesterday

On May 14th, Agile Group announced in Hong Kong Stock Exchange: In view of the liquidity pressure faced by the company, as at the date of this announcement, the company has not paid the relevant interest on the 2020 Notes. The grace period for interest payment on the Notes expires on May 13, 2024, < b > and expects to be unable to meet all payment obligations under its offshore debt . The company will maintain active communication with creditors and will actively explore the best solution to achieve long-term sustainable development in order to safeguard the interests of various stakeholders. Failure to pay the relevant interest may result in the company's creditors requesting accelerated repayment of debts.
