ETHZilla sells 24,000 ETH to raise $74.50 million, will focus on RWA tokenization business

ETHZilla officially announced that it has sold 24,291 ETH, raising approximately $74.50 million, and plans to use all or most of the proceeds to redeem the company's senior secured convertible notes. The redemption will be completed on December 24 and 30. At the same time, ETHZilla said it will stop providing the mNAV dashboard on its official website and instead focus on revenue and cash flow growth for the RWA tokenization business, but promised to continue to provide balance sheet updates and significant changes in ETH inventory through SEC filings and social media.
