Federal Reserve Governor Milan: We believe that policy rates will eventually be cut

Mr. Milan, the governor of the Federal Reserve, said there were some anomalies in last week's inflation data because of the US government shutdown. He did not think there would be a recession in the near future and that the US would face a growing risk of a recession if policy was not adjusted. We think policy rates will eventually be cut.
