据港媒信报消息，香港本地券商开始收紧可就在内地投资虚拟资产规例。根据胜利证券向客户发送的通知显示，自2025年12月19日起将对系统识别为来自“内地IP”地址的虚拟资产账户实施“禁止买入”限制的安排，此举疑似堵塞漏洞。
