NYSE American-listed Ethereum treasury company Bitmine Immersion Technologies announced that it will hold its annual general meeting in Las Vegas on January 15, 2026. This meeting will elect eight directors for a one-year term. In addition, it is expected that the bylaw amendments to increase the authorized number of common shares, the 2025 comprehensive incentive plan, and the special performance compensation arrangement for the executive chairperson will also be approved at the annual general meeting.
