据证券时报报道，抖音发布《抖音社区财经行业公约（试行）》，其中提到，“禁止以区块链、数字资产等概念包装，发布与虚拟货币兑换业务、为虚拟货币交易提供信息中介和定价服务相关的非法金融内容；禁止以科普之名，分析或预测个股买卖价位、鼓吹未来走势、提供投资咨询建议等非法荐股行为。”
