Coinbase files prediction market-related lawsuits in Connecticut and elsewhere

Paul Grewal, Coinbase's chief legal officer, tweeted that Coinbase had filed prediction market-related lawsuits in Connecticut, Michigan and Illinois. "Prediction markets fall squarely under the jurisdiction of the CFTC, not any one state gaming regulator, let alone the 50 states. States seeking to control or block these markets outright stifle innovation and violate the law."
