Todd Snyder, the administrator of Terraform Labs' bankruptcy liquidation, has filed a lawsuit against high-frequency trading giant Jump Trading, alleging that the company illegally profited and caused the collapse of the Do Kwon crypto empire. The lawsuit seeks $4 billion in damages against Jump Trading, its co-founder William DiSomma, and Kanav Kariya, who was promoted to president of Jump's crypto trading business after being an intern. The case is being handled by a bankruptcy court-appointed administrator.
