WhiteFiber signs 10-year, $865 million data center colocation agreement with Nscale

WhiteFiber (WYFI), a Nasdaq-listed data center and colocation services provider focused on artificial intelligence and high-performance computing, said in a press release Thursday that its subsidiary, Enovum Data Centers, has signed a long-term colocation agreement with Nscale Global Holdings, an artificial intelligence infrastructure and Cloud as a Service provider. The agreement covers WhiteFiber's 40 trillion-watt (MW) critical IT load at the NC-1 data center campus in Madison, North Carolina, and the deployment is planned in two 20 trillion-watt phases, the company said. The company expects the total contract value of the agreement over the 10-year term to be approximately $865 million.
