Intuit has signed a multi-year partnership agreement with Circle to integrate USDC-based stablecoin payments into its core products, including TurboTax and QuickBooks, in order to modernize the financial software giant's approach to moving money around the platform.
Under the agreement, Intuit will be connected to Circle's stablecoin infrastructure to support faster and lower-cost payment processes related to tax refunds, corporate payments, and other financial services.
Intuit processes billions of dollars a year in tax refunds, payroll, invoicing and small business payments, and says its service has more than 100 million users.
