ZRO holders can participate in the third fee switch vote at 0:00 on December 20. The vote is held every six months and is designed to determine whether to activate the agreement fee switch. If the vote is passed, the agreement fee will be used to repurchase and destroy the ZRO.
The voting window is from 0:00 on December 20 to 0:00 on December 27. The voting quorum is required to be 40.59% of the ZROs in circulation, that is, 230 million ZROs are eligible to vote. If the quorum is met, more than 50% of the votes in favor will be valid. LayerZero Labs, LayerZero Foundation and related parties will abstain.
