Bitcoin miner Hut 8 announced in a post on the X platform that it has signed a 15-year, $7 billion data center lease agreement with Fluidstack to lease its 245 trillion-watt data center in the River Bend campus, and Fluidstack can add up to an additional 1 quadrillion watts of capacity in the future expansion phase of the park. The specific period depends on the installed capacity of the park.
