5月13日讯，根据财政部公告，财政部将于周五（17日）招标首发400亿元人民币30年期特别国债，为今年首期。本期国债自2024年5月20日开始计息，每半年支付一次利息，付息日为每年5月20日（节假日顺延）和11月20日，2054年5月20日偿还本金并支付最后一次利息。
