According to an announcement released on Monday, MetaMask has added native support for Bitcoin, including on-chain Bitcoin network transfers and the use of EVM native assets and SOL to exchange with BTC.
The move comes as MetaMask, a subsidiary of Consensys, launches a series of new features, including the Polymarket portal, the release of the mUSD stablecoin, and an in-app perpetual contract powered by Hyperliquid.
