According to CCN, Swiss FINMA-regulated crypto bank AMINA has become the first European bank to officially launch a cross-border settlement solution for Ripple payments. The integration connects blockchain settlements with traditional banking systems, allowing customers to efficiently transfer money across borders within a regulated framework.
AMINA Chief Product Officer Myles Harrison said that traditional correspondent banking networks cannot support both fiat and stablecoin tracks, while Ripple technology significantly enhances banking capabilities, reduces cross-border friction, and helps crypto-native customers maintain a competitive advantage.
