In a vicious murder in Vienna recently, 21-year-old Ukrainian student Danila Kuzmin (son of the deputy mayor of Kharkiv) was tortured and killed by his classmates for his cryptocurrency assets. After he and his classmates revealed that his father held cryptocurrency, he was lured to the parking lot by his 19-year-old classmate Bogdan (stepson of the Ukrainian ambassador to Bulgaria) and Alexander, a 45-year-old former customs official, and tortured for a long time to ask for the password of the encrypted wallet. After he succeeded, the suspect abandoned him in the car and set fire to it and fled back to Ukraine. The two have been detained by the Ukrainian side and the case is still under investigation.
