According to DL News, the Belarusian Ministry of Information has blocked access to at least three large cryptocurrency exchanges, namely Bybit, Bitget and OKX, but the ministry has not yet explained its reasons. When Belarusian users try to access these sites, the page displays a message: "Access to this information resource is restricted according to the decision of the Ministry of Information of the Republic of Belarus. This is taken in accordance with the Law on Mass Media.
A search of the Belarusian Telecommunications Regulatory Authority's database of "restricted access" websites shows that all three exchanges were blacklisted by the ministry on December 10. The websites of crypto exchanges such as KuCoin and Binance are not currently blacklisted.
