Decentralized data infrastructure provider and private equity investment platform Inveniam announced the acquisition of compliance real asset tokenization platform Swarm. The specific acquisition amount has not been disclosed yet. All acquisitions are planned to be completed in the first quarter of 2026. Swarm will operate under its existing brand and regulatory framework, and will jointly launch an AI-enabled tokenized asset intelligent asset management platform with Inveniam.
