Ethereum treasury company ETHZilla announced plans to fully redeem the convertible bonds with a total principal amount of $516 million by December 30, 2025, at a redemption price of 117% of the total outstanding principal amount of the convertible bonds (plus all accrued and unpaid interest and other payables). ETHZilla said it will provide financial support for this early redemption transaction by releasing restricted cash as collateral.
