Espresso Systems, the infrastructure layer of Rollups, announced the launch of Presto, a cross-chain transaction solution that reduces cross-chain latency to less than 2 seconds through Espresso's fast final confirmations. Meanwhile, the Espresso Foundation partnered with Rarible and BAYC developer Yuga Labs to launch the first seamless cross-chain NFT casting on ApeChain and RARI Chain based on Espresso technology. The casting will be carried out in two phases on the Rarible platform integrated with Presto.
The first phase has been launched, and the RARI series of NFTs are released on ApeChain. Users can use the funds on RARI to cast NFTs on ApeChain without manual cross-chain funds or paying gas fees. Casting with RARI costs 0.001 ETH (about $3).
The second phase will begin on December 15, and the ApeChain series will be launched on RARIChain, allowing users to use ApeChain funds for casting.
