Vitalik Buterin, co-founder of Ethereum, wrote that in the past he has complained that the Ethereum Foundation lacks experience in the P2P network layer, focusing more on the cryptoeconomy, BFT consensus, and block level, while often taking the network layer for granted.
But things have changed now, and PeerDAS's performance proves that. He said that @raulvk and other foundation members have made "heroic contributions" to the smooth operation of PeerDAS and the development of a roadmap for faster dissemination, greater resilience and parallel improvement of online privacy, and look forward to future progress.
Previously, Vitalik Buterin posted a post celebrating the success of the Ethereum Fusaka upgrade, saying that PeerDAS in the Fusaka upgrade realizes sharding and data availability sampling: this has always been a dream for Ethereum.
