Analysis: Fusaka upgrade facilitates estimated cost of Ethereum L2 project

On December 8th, Tom Wan, head of data at Entropy Advisors, posted on social media that, despite the exponential increase in average blob gas prices after the Fusaka upgrade (staying at 1 wei most of the time), the blob base fee is still very low, at around $0.03. In addition, another advantage of the EIP proposal is that blob prices are more predictable and less volatile, making it easier for L2 projects and institutions to estimate costs.
