"This week's rate cuts and re-expansion of the Federal Reserve's balance sheet will bring tight liquidity back to normal, and this week will be a week of general gains (US stocks, crypto, precious metals, etc.), and the next month may be a month of general gains," crypto analyst Natsuya Hanki wrote.
"Starting in December, when the Fed stops shrinking its balance sheet and may start expanding its balance sheet, liquidity will return to normal, similar to October 19," Mr. Hanki said, citing an article published on Nov. 11. "The real big release will come after Trump takes control of the Fed next May, similar to March 2020."
