On May 13, the Foshan Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau issued the "Notice on Several Measures to Continue to Promote the Stable and Healthy Development of the Real Estate Market Issued by the Foshan Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau and other nine departments", announcing the implementation of 13 new real estate policies such as optimizing the calculation rules of the floor area ratio, paying the land transfer price in installments, encouraging support for housing "trade-in", implementing the installment payment of land transfer prices, and relaxing the policy of purchasing houses and entering households.
