Anthony Pompliano's ProCap BTC completes SPAC merger

ProCap BTC, a bitcoin treasury led by Anthony Pompliano, completed its merger with SPAC arm Columbus Circle Capital (BRR) on Friday. The merged company will be renamed ProCap Financial and will continue to trade on Nasdaq next Monday under the symbol BRR.
