US prosecutors say DoKwon, co-founder of Terraform Labs, should be sentenced to 12 years in prison for the fraud that caused the TerraUSD stablecoin to collapse in 2022 and cost $40 billion. US District Judge Paul Engelmayer will sentence him on December 11. (Bloomberg)
