"Not only is he not a drug lord, he is probably the most effective anti-drug cartel leader in the world," the SBF said. "Juan Orlando is the most innocent prisoner I have ever met, including myself." The amnesty comes just days before Honduras's November 30 election, in which Mr. Trump endorsed Nasry Asfura, candidate for Mr. Hernández's National Party.
