Cryptocurrency trading platform Kraken and Deutsche Bo ̈ rse Group have announced a strategic partnership aimed at connecting traditional financial marekts with the digital asset economy.
The partnership will cover trading, custody, settlement, collateral management and tokenised assets. In the first phase, Kraken will integrate directly with Deutsche Bo ̈ rse Group subsidiary 360T to provide customers with bank-grade foreign exchange liquidity.
Arjun Sethi, co-CEO of Kraken, said the collaboration demonstrates the intersection of scale and trust infrastructure. Stephan Leithner, CEO of Deutsche Bo ̈ rse Group, said the collaboration will combine trust in regulatory infrastructure with innovation in the digital asset ecosystem.
