Columbus Circle Capital Corp I (NASDAQ: BRR) shareholders approved a business merger with Bitcoin financial services company ProCap BTC on December 3, 2025. The transaction is expected to close on December 5, and the combined company will be renamed ProCap Financial, Inc. and continue to trade on the NASDAQ Global Market under the "BRR" code. ProCap BTC has raised over $750 million from investors in traditional finance and the Bitcoin industry.
