According to Reuters, the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) has sent warning letters to nine ETF providers, including Direxion, ProShares and GraniteShares, to fully respond to risk concerns regarding ETFs (including some crypto products) that are intended to provide more than 2x leverage exposure. "We are writing to express our concerns about registered exchange traded funds that are designed to provide risk exposure to underlying indices or securities with more than 2x leverage."
