Brian Armstrong, chief executive of Coinbase, said some large banks were working with Coinbase on pilot projects in stablecoins, custody and trading, without naming the partner banks.
"Top banks are actively seizing this opportunity, and those who resist change will eventually be weeded out," Armstrong said.
