U.S. stocks opened, the three major stock indexes fell, the Dow fell 0.05%, the S & P 500 fell 0.23%, the Nasdaq fell 0.4%. Microsoft (MSFT. O) fell 2.8%, due to customer response and cut AI software sales indicators. Mywell Technology (MRVL. O) rose more than 7%, the company will buy Celestial AI for up to $5.50 billion.
