YZi Labs has issued a formal notice to 10X Capital and alerted CEA Industries, Inc.'s shareholders to the disruptive behavior of 10X Capital (the company's asset manager). The notice is understood to outline what YZi Labs believes are material or potential breaches of trust, serious breaches of fiduciary obligations, and deficiencies in transparency and corporate governance by 10X and its principals, including BNC CEO David Namdar and 10X founder and BNC board member Hans Thomas. YZi Labs' notice requires 10X to provide written confirmation by December 5, 2025 that it will comply with the BNB fund management strategy made to PIPE investors and has not improperly disposed of BNB assets.
