South Korean crypto exchange Dunamu founder ranks among billionaires with $13.60 billion M & A deal

On December 2nd, the founders of South Korea's largest cryptocurrency exchange Dunamu Inc. agreed last week to sell the company to Naver Corp.'s fintech unit in an all-stock deal. According to Bloomberg Billionaires Index, in the merger deal valued at $13.60 billion, Song Ji-heng will receive a 19% stake in the merged entity, worth $2.70 billion; Kim Hyung-nian will receive a 10% stake, worth $1.40 billion, making the two among the richest people in the world.
