证监会本周发布境外发行上市备案补充资料要求（2024年4月26日—2024年5月9日），据悉喜马拉雅已向港交所提交上市申请，高盛、摩根士丹利、中金公司为联合保荐人。证照监会公示指出，喜马拉雅需要补充说明相关业务是否涉及虚拟资产交易，并说明虚拟资产收入占比及合规性。
