Phong Le stressed that this was not a long-term policy shift or an active sell-off plan, but rather a "financial decision" to be taken only in times of extreme market and capital environment deterioration. Strategy has released a new "BTC Credit" dashboard this month in response to recent market concerns about its liabilities and liquidity. The company said its debt structure and cash flow coverage remain solid even with a prolonged period of low bitcoin prices.
