According to on-chain data tracking service WhaleAlert, at around 7:39 am Beijing time, a dormant pre-mined address was just activated after 10.3 years of dormancy, containing 40,000 ETH (worth $119,651,157), while in 2015 these ETH were only worth about $12,400.
