Cathie Wood, chief executive and chief investment officer at ARK Invest, said the firm's forecast for a bull bitcoin price of $1.50 million remains unchanged, noting that $70 billion has returned to the market since the end of the U.S. government shutdown, and another $300 billion is expected to return in the next five to six weeks as the Treasury's general account normalizes.
