Asset manager CoinShares on Friday withdrew its application to the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) for a Solana pledged exchange-traded fund (ETF).
The proposed fund's structured transactions and asset acquisitions were never completed, according to the SEC filing, which states: "The registration statement is intended to register the proposed shares in connection with a transaction that ultimately failed to be completed. No shares have been sold and no shares will be sold pursuant to the registration statement."
