Tether CEO responds to S & P rating: S & P traditional model fails, Tether has sufficient capital

Paolo Ardoino, Tether's chief executive, responded to the rating given to Tether by S & P, saying the agency's traditional model had "damaged investors for decades" and that Tether was well capitalised and had "no toxic reserves". He added: "We are proud of your aversion."
