Scilex completes second bitcoin investment of approximately $580 million in Datavault AI

Nasdaq-listed company Scilex Holding announced that it has completed its second investment in Datavault AI, which will be paid in Bitcoin (based on the spot price of Bitcoin at the time of signing the strategic investment agreement). It is reported that this investment will give it 263,914,094 shares of Datavault AI common stock, which is calculated at the closing price of $2.21 on November 25.
